As an Associate in the Multinational Corporate banking team, you will need to demonstrate a team player with a strong intellectual curiosity and a high degree organization with the ability to see the big picture and maintain the attention to detail with the appropriate degree of urgency and integrity to assist Team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Support “End to End” client’s experience process from onboarding to credit approval, legal agreement execution with Bank’s policies and regulatory requirement
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.”
Prepare annual / new credit approval process working with Pilot’s associate / credit team, credit analyst
Working with credit analyst/risk management on credit approval and monitoring process; and
Check and follow up credit covenants (security, credit decision etc)
Conducting company analysis and industry research of assigned clients;
Preparing internal memorandums/presentations on various topics ranging from business plan, risk management, marketing plans/activities etc.
Collaborating with various Business Lines for deal origination as well as execution of mandated transactions;
Providing customer service to assigned clients
Conduct weekly or monthly business analysis and prepare the dashboard
Contribute to the development of the MNC franchise and share best practices
Actively work with Relationship Manager (RM) to contribute to development of MNCs franchise
Refer new business opportunities to other countries when client share such information
Within MNC teams, share local experience and success for the benefit of the Regional MNC team
Actively participate in local campaigns and bank focused events including existing client or product local/regional forums, where appropriate
Contribute to the “Market Intelligence” communicating on inputs received from Clients, competitors on new products & pricing and initiate new ideas related to the identification of a client’s need
Partner with Client Services Desk team to support smooth and efficient client on-boarding process, through an active involvement from the RM
Technical and Behavioral Competencies / Experience and Qualifications required
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
3-7 years of experience in corporate or sales or industry
Developed and established relationships with Global Multi-National Corporates or across all industry sectors
Critical thinker and driver of business ideas and themes for clients
Capability to understand the essence of knowledge, experience and client’s needs
Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, industry value chain, corporate decision-making process
Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation
Strong team player that partners well within the immediate team and with key external stakeholders
