BOK Wire & Processing – Execute, monitor and settle corporate foreign exchange transactions and BOK (Bank of Korea) wires, ensuring accurate booking in FXMM, bond and derivative systems.
Settlement Management – Oversee end to end settlement of bonds and derivatives, liaising with custodians, clearing houses and counterparties to guarantee timely payment/receipt.
Reporting – Prepare and distribute daily, monthly and quarterly BOK & FSS reports in line with internal deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Adherence – Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, external regulatory standards and the BNPP Code of Conduct.
IT Security – Follow BNPP IT security policies, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality in all operational processes.
Anti Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (AML/FS) – Operate as a key component of the control framework for AML/FS. Apply Group AML/FS policies, execute related operational controls, and promptly escalate any alerts or hits for further analysis and decision making.
Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational risk and enhance efficiency; actively participate in initiatives and system upgrades.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Legal, Finance, IT & outsourced teams to resolve issues, support new product launches and maintain service quality.
Foreign Exchange Law Knowledge – Must have a solid understanding of applicable foreign exchange regulations (e.g., Korean Foreign Exchange Transaction Act, EU FX rules, US Treasury regulations, etc.) and be able to apply this knowledge to daily operational activities, reporting, and compliance reviews.
