About Business line/Function: Transversal TA - Ireland
Position Purpose: To be a part of Transfer Agency team and perform daily BAU deliverables including Dealing, Registration, Reporting etc on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Acquire complete understanding of the TA/HFS IS process & its related functions with various parties involved. For example: NAV, Corporate Actions etc.
- Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of the process by acquiring complete knowledge of HFS IS processing across all funds .
- Timely completion of work allocated by Supervisor in an accurate fashion and within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure deadlines are met as per SLA
- Ensure review of critical queries prior to being sent. Where issues/errors arise ensure detailed analysis of issues and clear understanding is gained before responding to client, spoke or other external and internal parties
- Ensure all checklist is filed on a daily basis in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval and review when requiredConsistently evaluate the documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date
- Prepare any weekly / monthly reporting required, for supervisor review
- Perform all ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
- Ensure that the Reports are thoroughly reviewed before sending to the client or spoke
- Notify and highlight to Supervisor any concerns or complaints as a matter of urgency
- Assist in the timely completion of BAU reporting/Audits
- There should be no incidents logged on activities performed.
- Regular follow-up on Partial payments to be done diligently and should be highlighted to supervisor for further escalation in case break not cleared.
- Adhere to meet the expectation of Zero tolerance to errors
- Ensure there is NO Financial impact/loss to the organization.
- Ensure relevant risk migration controls and vigilance screening are performed by the team when processing manual instruction as required by the Bank policy and local regulatory requirement if applicable.
- TA/HFS IS Team is responsible to perform two main core activities as “Registration” and “Dealing” which will be performed by two completely different set of individuals with designated accesses in system which requires to perform this specific activity.
- Registration team is responsible for “Account Creation”, “Account Maintenance”, “Static Data Update”, “SSI Setup/Wiring details setup” etc.
- Dealing team is responsible for “Trade processing”, “Reporting”, “Reconciliation”, “Payments” etc.

- Ensure to complete ad-hoc duties which may arise from time to time, mainly on First and Last week of the month and system down-time scenarios.
- Monitor the respective group mail box and respond efficiently to the queries.
- Required to plan leaves in advance as per ISPL policies and keep a tab on unplanned leaves.

Specific Qualifications:
Any graduate profile with excellent communication and analytical skills and basic knowledge on financial and capital markets with minimum of 2 Years of relevant experience
