About Business line/Function: The Private Debt Funds of Funds – Data Collection & Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, validating, and maintaining financial and reporting information related to Private Debt Funds of Funds investments.
Position Purpose: The role ensures the accurate recording of capital activity and capital account data in eFront Invest, while maintaining high standards of data integrity, operational control, and reporting quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable fund monitoring and audit-ready information.
Responsibilities
- Document Centralization: Collect and organize Capital Call/Distribution notices, Capital Account Statements, and quarterly/annual GP reports.
- GP Liaison: Proactively monitor reporting timelines and follow up with General Partners (GPs) to retrieve missing or incomplete data.
- Data Entry: Accurately record all capital activity and account statements within the eFront Invest system.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform rigorous consistency checks between GP statements, system entries, and internal monitoring tools.
- Quality Control: Execute a strict two-level validation process involving primary operational controls and independent secondary reviews.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through coordination with internal stakeholders and external GPs.
- Records Management: Maintain organized documentation repositories and tracking logs to ensure all data is audit-ready.
- Process Integrity: Ensure high standards of data integrity and operational control to support reliable fund monitoring.

- Ability to identify anomalies in financial data and investigate the root cause of discrepancies
- Compliance with local and global regulations and market standards
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure any deviation from our standard operating models are formally agreed internally and documented with the onshore oversight location
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform control checks, investigate discrepancies and escalate appropriately
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA) and strong data-management experience
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail orientation; capable of managing competing deadlines

Specific Qualifications:
- A previous experience in a similar role is mandatory

- Proficiency with applications - eFront Invest
