About Business line/Function: The ITO CCCO Global Cost Monitoring team performs Headcount and Cost monitoring globally. The activities mainly include Monthly reporting packs (budget, headcount, projects). Updated budget forecast files aligned with Finance & HR data. Project & Application dashboards. Workforce monitoring tools and dashboards. Recommendations for financial alignment and remediation plans
Position Purpose: Senior-level PMO or Finance PMO (7+ years of experience)
• Strong background in controlling, forecasting, and budget governance.
• Demonstrated experience in staffing oversight and global headcount tracking.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Budget, Forecast, and Financial Management
• Coordination of department-wide budget and rolling forecast processes.
• Collection and consolidation of global financial data.
• Management of budget tools and budget lifecycle follow-up.
• Animation of the global ITO-CCCO community around financial coordination.
• Interaction with Finance and Controlling teams in other regions/entities.
• Senior management reporting and steering committee support.
• Validation of budgetary consistency and recommendations in case of discrepancies.
Workforce Management & Global Staffing Oversight
• Strong focus on global workforce monitoring (~1,000 staff worldwide)
• Invoice and cost tracking, ensuring alignment with financial systems.
• Community animation of the global CCCO organization.
• Interaction with HR and Finance teams for joined-up workforce and cost management
• Headcount tracking, new joiners, leavers and replacements
• Follow-up on recruitment pipelines and interval movements
• Detailed resource alignment with budget planning
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Understanding of Headcount and Cost monitoring framework
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros).
· Attention to detail and analytical mindset
· Able to produce clear reports (KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, charts, data visualization in general…)
· Effective written and verbal communication for documenting discrepancies and interacting with Sr. Management and Business heads
