Position Purpose
· The Jobholder is responsible for timely raising of Purchase Orders; Placement of Orders; maintaining telecom business database, Validation of Invoices of suppliers and Data preparation for Invoicing to customers & follow up on Debtors for Outstanding payment > 30 days.
· Data maintenance and Validation of supplier Invoices basis of the rate chart and SLA
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Validation of invoices (PO & Non PO Invoices) in processing tool
· Preparation of Purchase Orders templates and placement of order in pre-defined Turnaround time
· Creation of telecom Circuits & maintaining of telecom circuit Inventory in tool
· Raising of Interco Invoices in Accounts Receivable tool
· Reconciliation of Database and preparation of reports
· Close follow up with Debtors on outstanding payments
· Responsible for sharing Governance input data / Tax team / Audit Data as and when it required
· Should able to manage Audit and Client’s query & should provide them solutions to issues
· Maintain accuracy for all activities and perform within agreed timelines
· Perform Month end reporting
· Responsible to prepare accruals with maker checker and responsible to prepare accounting entries for integration into ledgers
Controls the quality of services provided and the costs and risks associated with CC activities.
· Process KPI on quality, load and risk to monitor CC’s activities.
· Take corrective action if problems occur & communicate accordingly.
· Develop and implement control activities to control operational and financial risks.
· Monitor and assume SLA’s responsibility with internal clients.
· Follow contingency procedures for critical activities within CCs.
