ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Asset Creation Specialist to become part of our international team. In this role you will gain a solid understanding of financial markets while contributing to a variety of projects, with a key focus on supporting Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations. The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and performs well under pressure. You will join a motivated, open‑minded group that values collaboration and offers a vibrant, supportive working atmosphere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Creates andmaintainsfinancial instruments to enable booking and accounting flows.
• Supports investigations of all discrepancies related to Database maintenance to ensure asset creation process quality.
• Supports Data Administration Department in asset creationactivities(such as asset creation, 4 eye controls, reporting,discrepency, query analyses and ad-hoc tasks), to secure stability and continuity of the process
• Supports the review of operational procedures to help senior staff in their maintenance

PROFILE & SKILLS

• Great command of English (min. B2 level)
• Interest in banking operations
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Accuracy and client focus approach
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Strong communicationskills – oral & written
