About the job

  • The Asset Liability Management Treasury Analyst is in charge of providing support to European treasury activities based in the following locations: London, Dublin, Frankfurt, Madrid, Lisbon, Moscow, Budapest, Sofia, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Vienna, Prague and, Bucharest by management and operational monitoring of local treasury and Corporate Deposit Line (CDL) activities; apply a controls and reporting framework and by process re-engineering through the active participation in projects driven by organisation/projects teams (Business Management or Process expert team) or through the involvement in specific projects conducted locally, for example, migration projects
  • Additionally, they bring support to the Corporate Deposit Line activity 
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage and operationally monitor the Europe Treasury and CDL activities
  • Ensure that all deals have been correctly interfaced in all systems and book all events related to trades life cycle
  • Maintain continuous interaction with all relevant stakeholders (Front-Office/Back-Office/Profit and Loss teams, among others)
  • Take necessary measures to minimise the operational and fraud risks by establishing exhaustive and regular controls, as part of the controls framework
  • Escalate to management and/or to the permanent control the issues that have been identified
  • Maintain processes up to date and ensure the production support function
  • Provide support in a number of projects in coordination with organisation teams, IT, Business Management (such as launch of new products, new activity, workflows and, systems)
     

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or related
  • From 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Financial Operations or similar
  • Fluent (C1) level of English
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Good Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Analytical Ability
