Position Purpose

APAC Consulting is the in-house strategy and management consulting team servicing BNP Paribas in APAC, and reports to BNP Paribas APAC CEO

The team’s main objective is to deliver strategic projects and formulate recommendations for regional management, business lines, coverages, functions and territories in the Asia Pacific region. The team also supports the APAC CEO with executive presentations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery by taking ownership of assigned workstreams or modules, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Conduct research, analyze and synthesize data to produce accurate and insightful deliverables
  • Contribute to developing actionable recommendations that address client needs and create impact 
  • Collaborate closely with clients using a co-design approach, demonstrating curiosity and openness to new ideas
  • Build credibility with client teams through professionalism and strong communication skills
  • Work effectively within project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn from senior colleagues and feedback
  • Actively contribute to team development through contributing to team transversalities

Specific Qualifications Required

  • Educational background: Graduate from Tier 1 University, Business or Engineering school
  • Professional experience: Min. 3 years in management consulting experience or similar in-house role
  • Banking industry knowledge is preferrable
  • Languages: Fluency in oral and written English
