What will your mission be?
You will be the key player in the administrative and operational management of our procurement process. It’s not just about buying; it’s about ensuring that every process is traceable, efficient, and aligned with the highest corporate governance standards. From the initial request to the administrative closure, you will ensure that the company's machinery never stops.
Your main challenges will be:
✅ Leading the formalization of procurement needs and ensuring every process has the correct support and approvals.
✅ Managing the quotation cycle and vendor selection under corporate governance policies.
✅ Administering the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (creation, tracking, and closure).
✅ Optimizing the management of tickets and services for our sales and administrative teams.
✅ Controlling the legalization of advances and travel expenses, ensuring full policy compliance.
✅ Transforming data into decisions by generating KPIs and management reports.

We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, administrative rigor, and a proactive attitude to propose improvements and automations that optimize our internal SLAs.
Requirement:
Advanced English level is mandatory.
