Your position:
As an APS (Agile Production Support) lead, you work together with the business tribe leads and IT tribe leads to bring value to the tribes linked to your APS domain. Within your APS domain you are the IT operations responsible, this includes the IT services and processes, together with your team you work closely with the business and IT tribe on the delivery of new products or adapting them. Within an APS domain, you and your team are responsible for the proper functioning of the assets. It is your mission to ensure that the cloud and infra resources are working correctly, that the assests are correctly monitored and that all incidents and problems are resolved within the SLA. You also ensure that cyber risks are dealt with. You are responsible for ensuring that the SLA of the various assets is respected, that the vulnerabilities are closed, and that versions remain up to date. You report to the CTO together with the other APS domain leads.
Your profile:
- Ensure that the IT assets of the tribes are developed and put into production in line with the IT technical architecture (with the support of the IT architecture COE)
- Follow up on the APS change and run budget of the APS domain (with the support of IT governance COE)
- Ensure that the change activities are delivered on time
- Make sure that the change management procedures are followed
- Make sure that the IT OPS, SRE and APS people can perform their tasks
- Make sure that the tribes place the necessary IT Ops related activities in their backlog and indicate a priority
- Make sure that the SLAs of the various applications are respected
- Ensure that all incident and service requests are closed within the SLA
- Make sure that we can measure the SLOs of all applications in my domain
- Make sure that your team is assigned the correct user stories
- Ensure that the asset management and configuration management processes are followed correctly
- Set indicators with the other APS leads to measure the performance of the APS domain
- Actively participate in the life and ceremonies of the tribes and work on our Agile values and principles.
