Your role at Arval
As an Account Executive, employee for the Retail department, you provide day-to-day support to our account managers. With your administrative skills and meticulous approach, you will carry out commercial support tasks, such as preparing offers for new cars, bicycles or short-term vehicles to be ordered, as well as requesting contract changes and EOCs. Together with the team, you are responsible for the impeccable provision of services to our customers. The challenge of the position lies in the organisation and efficiency of the tasks that you perform. You can always count on active support and coaching from experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities:
Here is a selection of the team’s tasks:
- You will become a specialist in creating quotes.
- You reserve lead and mid-term rental cars.
- You keep the database up-to-date and adapt specific customer settings.
- You are responsible for all kinds of administrative tasks, such as contract changes and
EOC requests in consultation with the AM. - You have an eye for detail and follow the planning closely with regard to our SLAs.
- You make suggestions for improvements.

- A digital hero. You work fluently with digital (Arval) tools. You are also right at home in the MS Office environment (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- You are professional, curious and learn quickly.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French, both in writing and orally (including on the phone).
- You are an administrative all-rounder and are happy to support the team.
- You have an eye for detail and are able to work autonomously with no issues.
- You approach tasks in a structured, efficient and result-oriented manner.
- You are ambitious, able to cope with stress and solution-oriented.
- You contribute to a positive working atmosphere and organisational culture.
