Our two-year graduate programme has been designed to give you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services. You can join us in one of several business areas or support functions, and take on real responsibility from day one. Induction
You will start off with a comprehensive induction, where you will be immersed in group training and discover more about the BNP Paribas Group.
Training
Then you will start your business specific technical and financial training, alongside personal skills development aimed at equipping you with the knowledge you need to get you the best possible start in your career. On-the-job training will be delivered throughout your two-year programme, taking you along a tailored development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills. You will also have the chance to experience other parts of the business through cross-entity projects, which will help you understand how we approach complex work and give you the chance to develop a strong internal network.
Mentor & Buddy
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by experienced managers and team members, as well as pairing with a buddy from previous cohorts who will make sure you are getting everything you need to grow.
What will you do?
To support the CCG Global Sectors & Advisory team in origination and execution of capital market and advisory transactions including preparation of marketing material and execution of live transactions.
Direct Responsibilities
- Support Global Sectors & Advisory team throughout the client marketing activities by:
- Preparing pitch books, teasers or other presentation materials for potential IB opportunities (e.g. M&A and ECM) and support in other banking opportunities.
- Assisting in market and industry analysis and research studies.
- Preparing valuation related analysis such as trading comparables, transaction comparables, trading data analysis, DCF, etc.
- Supporting senior members in client management.
- Support Global Sectors & Advisory team throughout the deal execution process by:
- Assisting in preparation of internal documents related to banking transactions.
- Assisting in transaction execution by participating in due diligence, valuation, general project coordination (internal and external).
- Assisting the deal team to complete the transactions.
- Assisting the KYC process during new client on-boarding / annual client review, if required.
- Support all other client or deal related analysis / work if and when required.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Ensure active and proper utilization of CRM Lite (or related Client Relationship Management tools of BNPP) including the preparation and upload of call memos, client contacts, and opportunities.
- Support smooth coordination and good working relationship with sector teams and product lines.
- Direct contribution to the Bank’s operational permanent control framework.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
