Following the signature of a Letter of Intent on June 30th 2003, BNP Paribas and Zurich Financial Services have signed an agreement for the transfer of certain structured products from New York based Zurich Capital Markets (ZCM) to BNP Paribas.
The deal includes the transfer of transactions and related assets to BNP Paribas, including structured products linked to alternative investments funds managed by ZCM.
