Changes to the structure of BNP Paribas Corporate Communications and Advertising Function

The BNP Paribas Corporate Communications and Advertising function is adjusting its organisation with the aim of strengthening the autonomy and responsibilities of individual teams, as well as increasing the strategic consistency of its initiatives.

These changes follow the departure of the present Deputy Head, Yves-Marie Dalibard, who has been appointed Head of Communications for Total.
His managerial responsibilities will therefore be divided among existing managers.

Corporate Communications and Advertising, headed by Antoine Sire, will now be organised as follows:

The Internal and External Information Department will be managed by Michèle Sicard. It will gather the Press Office, the Internal newspapers and the Intranet team

The Advertising and Branding Department will be managed by Claire Fulda. It will gather Visual Identity and Brand Management, Retail Banking and CIB & AMS Advertising, as well as Institutional & Financial Advertising.

The Corporate Identity and Event Management Department will be managed by Olivier Dulac. It will gather Multimedia and “L'Atelier” (Technology Monitoring Unit), Event Management and Sponsorship, Corporate Literature & Graphics, Corporate editorial contents, and Corporate gifts. It will also include budget and audit matters for Corporate Communications and Advertising.

The Corporate Patronage Department will be managed by Martine Tridde and Jean-Jacques Goron, respectively Associate and Deputy Associate of the BNP Paribas Foundation.

Monique Alexandre has been named special projects manager, reporting directly to Antoine Sire. She will focus on the deployment of updated communications for the Group's core values and supervision of management projects with Group-wide impact.
