Business Village now offers entrepreneurs the possibility of setting up their company online with a few clicks
To make it easier to set up companies, Business Village, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group, is taking advantage of the micro-company show to launch the first exclusive Internet service enabling a company to be set up with a few clicks.
Mr Christian Poncelet, President of the French Sénat, sponsored the first company creator this morning via the Internet on the Business Village stand.
Developed in partnership with Euroformalities and proposed on the portal designed for small and medium companies: www.business-village.fr, this service against payment makes it easier for entrepreneurs to comply with all the administrative procedures with which they are currently confronted.
In concrete terms, entrepreneurs have at their disposal a turnkey service for setting up companies.
They fill in a form online and are guided and informed throughout the process :
- They choose the legal status of the company: S.A., S.A.R.L.(Limited liability company), or E.U.R.L. for a single-person company.
- They have help available for the secretarial work and for registering the statutes, appointing the initial managers, and drawing up and publishing the legal announcement in an approved newspaper.
- The service also includes registering the file with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the necessary formalities for the Tribunal de Commerce, together with all the costs linked to registering.
The Internet user receives the Kbis (certificate of company registration) about two weeks after validating the form online and paying the costs involved in the operation.
Business Village, a 100% subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group, has the vocation of providing small and medium companies with online services (advice, translation, and qualified, personalized professional information, etc.) and resources that for the most part are currently available for major companies only. These services are provided via the Business Village portal (www.business-village.fr).
Business Village was awarded the Clic d'Or in 1999 for the best B to B site.
With this first in France, the BNP Paribas group, which is very active in the field of setting up companies (partnership with Entreprendre Magazine in France and awarding almost 20 BNP Paribas Entrepreneurs regional prizes every year), is adding to a wide range of services to meet the most demanding requests and propose solutions that are adapted to the needs of its customers.
