BNP Paribas - the French leader in Internet banking - has decided to consolidate and reorganize its on-line services and activities, notably in the field of secure payments which are currently covered by several of the Group's entities.
In the light of this reorganization, Mr. Abdallah Hitti, a member of Kléline's Executive Board, has announced his resignation from the Group. Kléline's teams will be integrated with BNP Paribas' Internet R&D units.
