Atisreal and BNP Paribas Group have today concluded a definitive agreement wherein BNP Paribas Immobilier, the real estate activity of BNP Paribas Group, will acquire 49.9% of Atisreal International SAS.
Atisreal International regroups all of the real estate services of the Atisreal Group (real estate advisory, transaction, property & facility management and valuations). The acquisition includes in France Atisreal Auguste-Thouard, ATHF and Expertim, in the UK Atisreal Weatheralls, Atisreal Müller in Germany as well as Atisreal's activities in Spain and the Benelux.
BNP Paribas will assume full operational responsiblility for Atisreal International. Philippe ZIVKOVIC, chairman of BNP Paribas Immobilier, will also become President of Atisreal International. The management of the business will be assured by an Executive Board chaired by Alain Béchade, Greg Cooke and Peter Rösler, respectively heads of Atisreal Weatheralls and Atisreal Müller. They will be joined by Francois Benfeghoul who will assume the responsibility for the support functions of the Group.
BNP Paribas will acquire from the Vendome Rome Group the remaining capital of Atisreal International over the next five years.
