Louise Beveridge has been appointed head of Brand and Communications of the Asset Management & Services division of the BNP Paribas Group. She thus becomes a member of the executive committee of Group's Brand, Communications and Quality function, placed under the leadership of Antoine Sire. Based in Paris, Louise Beveridge will report directly to Alain Papiasse, head of Asset Management & Services, as well as to Antoine Sire.
Louise Beveridge's remit is to formalise the division's communications strategy and to oversee its implementation. As a member of the Group's communications executive committee, she will also contribute to the conception of the Group's overall brand and communications strategy. She will combine these responsibilities with her existing position as head of communications of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Of Irish origin, 44-year-old Louise Beveridge obtained a joint Masters in International Relations and French from the University of Sussex (UK) and IEP Paris. She has 20 years' experience in corporate communications gathered in Paris and London where she has worked for PR agencies and major international in-house communications departments. She joined BNP Paribas in 2004 following the acquisition by BNP Paribas Real Estate of Atisreal, where she was the Communications Director. Prior to Atisreal, she was communications director of Antalis (distribution subsidiary of Arjo Wiggins), having previously worked for Société Générale (1994-2001) where she was Head of Communications in London (1994-1996) and then Head of Communications for the Corporate & Investment bank (1996-2001).
