BNP Paribas is pleased to announce that Judith Unwin is joining the Bank as Head of Export Finance in London. In her new role she will develop Export Finance activities from London in liaison with ECGD and also from Sweden and Finland with EKN and Finnvera respectively. Reporting to Jean-Pierre Durgeat, Global Head of Export Finance for BNP Paribas, she will manage one of the 14 Export Desks of BNP Paribas which confirms the company's global ambitions in international trade finance.
Judith Unwin started her career in the international division of Lazard Brothers & Co Limited. In 1986 she joined ANZ Grindlays Bank plc where she worked on export financing to South-East Asia, completing significant deals with India, Indonesia and the Philippines. In 1996 she was appointed a Director of ANZ Grindlays Export Finance Limited.
Judith Unwin, 46, has a degree from Oxford University. She was recently awarded an Order of the British Empire.
