Extension of the partnership between BNP Paribas Lease Group and Case New Holland (CNH) in Belgium and the Netherlands

BNP Paribas Lease Group, European leader in the B2B equipment finance business, and CNH, a global leading manufacturer in the agricultural and construction equipment businesses have extended their partnership agreement to Belgium and the Netherlands. The successful results of the current cooperation between both groups through their Joint Venture - CNH Capital Europe (€675 million of originations in 2009; €1.2 billion of outstanding) - and the expertise of BNP Paribas Lease Group in the Belgian and Dutch markets have motivated this choice.

The start of the activity of CNH Capital Europe in Belgium and in the Netherlands has already resulted in hundreds of financing and leasing applications since the beginning of this year, thus demonstrating the attractiveness of the offering implemented together with the manufacturer.

The significant presence of BNP Paribas Lease Group in the Belgian and Dutch markets also represents an asset in the business development of CNH in these countries.
