During the announcement of the 2010 results, it has been specified that the Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of €2.10 per share, in cash only.
The Board of Directors will also propose to the Annual General Meeting that the dividend be detached from the share on Friday, May 20th, 2011; the payment taking place on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011(1).
