Cortal Consors appointments

Martin Daut 43 years old, graduated in business administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He held managerial positions with several companies including Digital Equipment (now Hewlett Packard), Ditec AG Systemhaus, A. Scholz Distribution GmbH and Sellbytel/BBDO. He joined Consors in 2000 as Director of the Heavy Trader Division and was appointed Managing Director of Cortal Consors Germany in 2003. Member of the Cortal Consors Executive Committee since 2003, Martin Daut has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for Germany.

Ralph Croissant 35 years old, studied science and business administration. He began his career in 1994 in the Investment Banking of BNP Paribas Germany. In 1999, Ralph Croissant was appointed as head of Financial Institutions Group Germany and Member of the Managing Board of BNP Paribas Frankfurt. He joined Cortal Consors Germany in September 2002 as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed Managing Director of Cortal Consors Germany in 2003. He enters the Executive Committee of Cortal Consors and is responsible for the Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) development in Europe.

Fabrice Flet 36 years old, began his career in Cetelem after obtaining a master's degree of Management in Paris I. He joined Cortal in 1994 as financial advisor. Then, he was Regional Manager for the Paris area then Responsible of the Brokerage department. From 1999 to 2001, he was responsible for the brokerage teams and the Internet marketing. He was appointed in 2002 Chief Executive Officer for Cortal Consors Luxembourg. Fabrice Flet has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for Spain.

Mathilde Jahan 42 years old, graduated in Tropical Agronomy and Computer Sciences, began her career in 1986 as an analyst-programmer. She was later made Information Technology manager of Hasbro - France in 1989. She joined Paribas - Paris in 1991 as an IT & Banking consultant and was appointed responsible for Credit and Market risk in Paribas Milan in 1995, then territory co-ordinator for CIB Internal Control. Head of BNP Paribas Internal Audit in Italy from 2000 till end of 2004, Mathilde Jahan joined Cortal Consors Italy in January 2005. She will become Chief Executive Officer of Cortal Consors Italy in April 2005.

The Cortal Consors Executive Committee relies on a European team: Olivier Le Grand, Franz Baur, Jean- Philippe Huguet, Ralph Croissant, Martin Daut, Benoît Gommard and Patrick Miron de l'Espinay.
