BNP Paribas Wealth Management Wins Best Private Bank - Alternative Investments and Best Private Bank - Taiwan by Asian Private Banker

BNP Paribas Wealth Management wins the Best Private Bank – Alternative Investments and the Best Private Bank – Taiwan awards by Asian Private Banker, an independent leading, financial publication focused on the world of Asian private banking, for their Awards for Distinction 2012.

The Best Private Bank – Alternative Investments award recognises BNP Paribas Wealth Management for its broad range of alternative investment products and expertise of the dedicated alternative investment and private equity investment advisory team.

With a team of about 50 specialists located globally, BNP Paribas Wealth Management's Alternative Investments team covers products ranging from hedge funds, ‘newcits', private equity, real estate and strategic asset allocation to art advisory, philanthropy and responsible investments, offering clients a comprehensive universe of solutions.

BNP Paribas Wealth Management clinches the Best Private Bank - Taiwan award with its dedicated onshore office, range of products, and ability to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs. This is the second consecutive year that BNP Paribas Wealth Management has won this award.

Since starting operations in Taipei and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in April 2005 and June 2007 respectively, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has been providing wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals, unlisted companies and non-profit organisations.

Now in its second year, nominees for the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction were judged based on the qualitative and quantitative material submitted by the institution. The judging panel used a point-based system and its expert analysis to determine the best suited institution for each award category.
