BNP Paribas update on activities following attack on the World Trade Center

BNP Paribas announced today that its New York offices are open and operational following Tuesday's attack on the World Trade Center. Given the state of emergency in New York City, BNP Paribas has asked that only essential staff members report to the New York offices today. This situation will be constantly monitored, and updates will be provided on a timely basis.

Currently, there is no indication that any BNP Paribas employees have been directly impacted by this tragedy.

BNP Paribas extends deepest sympathies to the families of the victims, and will be offering its services to assist the city in recovery efforts.
