A 300 million multi-sources buyer agreement was signed between BNP Paribas and Vneshtorgbank ("VTB") in Moscow on the 6th October 2003 in the presence of the French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and the Minister of Industry Nicole Fontaine.
