BNP Paribas Securities Services (BNP Paribas) today announces the launch of its enhanced service for onshore and offshore private equity and real estate funds. In response to the growth in ever more sophisticated multi-jurisdictional, direct and indirect private equity and real estate funds, BNP Paribas has implemented a dedicated platform for funds domiciled both on and offshore, including those with entities in multiple jurisdictions. Dedicated operational teams provide transfer agency, fund administration and custody monitoring, together with a comprehensive suite of accounting, investor and regulatory reports.
Commenting on the launch, Maria Cantillon, head of alternative investment managers, BNP Paribas Securities Services said: “We are delighted to be able to respond to the growing demand for the servicing of ever more complex private equity and real estate fund structures. The infrastructure and dedicated operational teams that we have put in place are the first to deliver a truly integrated suite of middle and back office services for both onshore and offshore funds. Our clients therefore benefit from high levels of risk management and compliance controls, and a sophisticated suite of accounting, investor and financial reports providing transparency over the entire fund structure.”
