The Luxembourg based investment fund Sireo Immobilienfonds n°4 Sicav has awarded a portfolio management mandate to BNP Paribas Real Estate and its european subsidiaries. The total investment volume will amount to around Euro 1 billion -Euro 200 million are intended to be invested in the french market alone.
