BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has become the market leader in Belgium with the acquisition of Aberdeen Property Investors Belgium. This acquisition means that BNP Paribas Real Estate now has more than 2.2 million sq m of commercial real estate under management.
Aberdeen Property Investors Belgium, previously Catella Property Management, was founded in 1991 and is managed by Bart Van Den Berg (Managing Director) and Bruno De Wolf (Director). Located in Brussels, the company manages over one million sq m of commercial real estate properties, on behalf of more than 30 international clients including the leading investment companies in the market. The company was ranked in the top three in Belgium prior to the acquisition, due to a sustained period of growth.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management manages over one million sq m of commercial real estate properties in Belgium and is managed by Frederic Van de Putte (Managing Director). The company works on behalf of 45 national and international clients and is now leader in Belgian property management.
