Located in Brussels, the company manages over one million sq m of commercial real estate properties, on behalf of more than 30 international clients including the leading investment companies in the market. The company was ranked in the top three in Belgium prior to the acquisition, due to a sustained period of growth.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management manages over one million sq m of commercial real estate properties in Belgium and is managed by Frederic Van de Putte (Managing Director). The company works on behalf of 45 national and international clients and is now leader in Belgian property management.
