Paris - May 21th 2003 - BNP Paribas Lease Group (BPLG), specialised in equipment financing to enterprises and Neuson Kramer, a European manufacturer of Construction Equipment, announced the signature of a partnership agreement, whereby BPLG is to provide financing for Construction Equipment to the brands Neuson, Lifton and Kramer in most European countries.
Under this partnership, BPLG is to offer Neuson Kramer's customers and its dealer network, particularly attractive "leasing" solutions, and commits itself to respect and to comfort the privileged relationship that exists between the vendor and its end-user.
"The Construction Equipment market is one of BPLG's leading sectors" explains Mark Venus, Director - International Partnerships & Marketing." "It is a pleasure to make available to Neuson Kramer our know-how and our financing expertise in this field. In this market, we have developed a policy of partnership with manufacturers of quality equipment such as Neuson Kramer. Through this agreement, dealers will be able to develop customer loyalty bringing them a quality service without the management, risk and funding constraints attached to these transactions."
"We were looking for a dynamic partner, ready to protect the privileged relationship that we have with our customers", further indicates Henrik Kinder, Managing Director of NK Finance. "BNP Paribas Lease Group's offer fully met our needs/requirements. The trial period we ran in Italy was a success , so we wanted to extend this partnership to other European countries and have our customers benefit from BNP Paribas Lease Group's know-how.
Their pan-European offer is a major asset as it is essential in the compact machinery sector, to help us optimise our sales.
Thanks to this partnership, we will be in a position to concentrate on the increase of our market share, and in particular to impose our new range of loaders, resulting from our merger with Kramer".
Neuson Kramer Construction machinery, is a European manufacturer of Construction Equipment, and one of the leading suppliers of compact machines in Europe.
