BNP Paribas is pleased to announce the appointment of Wolfgang Schroeter as a senior banker for Germany as well as a member of the Frankfurt Management Board.
He will be based in Frankfurt and report to Thierry Varène, Global Head of Corporate Finance and Co-Head of Coverage, and Jean-Daniel Wurtz, Co-Head of Coverage and responsible for coverage of large corporates.
Wolfgang joins the firm from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where he was responsible for major German corporates since 1997. Prior to that he was Head of Corporate Finance for Germany at Salomon Smith Barney from 1994 to 1997 and previous to that he was at Credit Suisse First Boston also as Head of Corporate Finance for Germany, from 1987 to 1994.
