BNP Paribas and the Espirito Santo Financial Group announce that they have concluded the contract whereby BNP Paribas will sell its 59.94% interest in Via Banque, a credit institution listed on the main market of the Paris Stock Exchange. The contract was concluded following consultations with representatives of the employees of BNP Paribas and Via Banque.
As indicated in the press release dated 11 September, the sale price is 32.04 euros per Via Banque share.
The transfer has been authorized by CECEI. The transfer will be effective within a few days. A price guarantee will then be offered at the transfer price, i.e., 32.04 euros per Via Banque share.
