The portfolio of services includes:

- Repair and maintenance of workstations and automatic teller machines, provided by a center based in Lisses and by field technicians throughout France.
- Preparation, deployment and relocation of workstations.

In France A2B employs 120 people in its core businesses: 35 in the help desk department and 85 in deployment, support and maintenance. It currently supports 40,000 workstations, 4,000 servers and 2,300 automatic teller machines.

A2B was created to meet strong demand for PC systems management. This market is expected to represent in France nearly FF 6,900 million in 2002, an increase of almost 45% from 2000 (source Pierre Audoin Conseil).
