BNP Paribas is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hearn as Co-Head of Global High Grade Credit. In this role he will be jointly responsible, with Eric Dumas, for the Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, Trading and Research businesses within Fixed Income at BNP Paribas.
He will report to David Ovenden, Global Head of Credit within BNP Paribas Fixed Income and will sit on the Fixed Income Management Committee.
Paul, 42, joins from JP Morgan where has worked for 15 years, the last seven as a Managing Director. He has held a variety of senior positions, latterly running the syndicate desk and most recently (since early 1998) as European Head of Debt Capital Markets.
Paul has played a key role over the last several years in shaping the highly regarded Debt Capital Markets franchise at JP Morgan.
