BNP Paribas is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Tranter as Head of European Equity Derivatives Flow Sales, reflecting the bank's firm commitment to and growth in its Equity Derivatives Flow business. Nick joins on 28th January and will be based in London.
In addition to his role as Head of European Equity Derivatives Flow Sales, Nick will also have oversight of BNP Paribas' Equity Derivatives business with UK clients. He reports to Denis Frances, Global Head of Equity Derivatives Flow Sales and to Shaun Wainstein, Head of BNP Paribas' Equities & Derivatives Platform in London.
Nick will be responsible for accelerating the growth of BNP Paribas European Flow business with an emphasis on extending client coverage and intensifying links with the UK hedge fund community, with whom the bank has extremely close and strong relationships. Nick's extensive experience of the Flow and Structured Products market will be invaluable in boosting the BNP Paribas' presence and share of the market.
Nick joins from Morgan Stanley in London where he was a Managing Director and Head of Pan European Structured and Flow Equity Derivatives Sales. He spent over 10 years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of Equity Derivatives Sales roles. Before that Nick worked as an Equity Derivatives Analyst and Structurer at JP Morgan in London..
