BNP Paribas appoints two bond salesmen to its Frankfurt office

BNP Paribas is pleased to announce that Mark Wiltshire and Thomas Jendrzok have joined the firm as bond salesmen, based in Frankfurt, reporting to Jan Stahmer, Head of Fixed Income Sales. In their new roles, Mark will cover credit sales into German insurers and banks, and Thomas will cover German and Austrian mutual funds.

Mark, 30, joins the firm from Commerzbank where he spent the last two years covering credit and libor sales into Germany and, more recently, the Netherlands. Prior to that he spent 4 years at Société Générale in a similar position covering credit product sales. In 1992, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics and German from Miami University.

Thomas, 37, joins the firm from Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG in Berlin where he spent the last 7 years, most recently as a Director covering sales to German asset managers. Prior to that he worked for Landesbank Berlin Girozentrale, trading Government-, mortgage- and Eurobonds, and for Bayerische Vereinsbank as a sales-trader of fixed income bonds and promissary notes. In 1987, he graduated from Stuttgart-Hohenheim with a degree in Business Administration.
