Hugues Colmant, 55 years, will be appointed as Deputy Head of BNP Paribas Personal Investors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cortal Consors Germany, effective 1st September 2010.
He will also be nominated as member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Personal Investors.
Holder of a Master's degree from HEC and IEP Paris and a bachelor's in law, Hugues Colmant joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1988. He held several positions within the Finance Department of BNP Paribas, in particular in charge of investors' relations.
In 1997, he joined BNP Paribas Information Systems as General Secretary and in 2002, he was appointed as Head of BNP Paribas Savings & Retirement Enterprise. Since 2007, he has been Chief Operating Officer within Investment Solutions of BNP Paribas.
Hugues Colmant will replace Vincent Lecomte, appointed as Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
