About the job
- Within PIMH, a Change Expert prepares and accompany the change with the teams. He/She has an expert knowledge about TRANSACT and will bring that expertise as per their domain to the project functional teams and BAU teams. He/She works with the Change Program Manager, Head of PIMH and other team’s across International Market HUB (IMH) to achieve project success
- The Change Expert will be based in Lisbon
Your Main Activities Are
- As a Change Expert, you participate in the different projects within the scope of activity PIMH and IMH, this involves
- Acquiring additional knowledge of implementation modality of TRANSACT in BNPP WM ecosystem
- Understanding, analysing and enriching internal organisation and processes
- Onboarding the key business representative users to get acquainted with the tool
- Realising trainings to end-users
- Implementing a Train the trainer model, in collaboration with key business representatives/ ambassadors
- Realising the adapted end-user training documents, based on standard temenos documentation and deliverables of the implementation team
- Providing support to realize operational procedures, Standard Operating Model (SOP) and other required documentation for Go Live
- Support in after care support to end users
- Providing support to apply communication techniques
- Communicating on a change story for fluid transition in due time
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
- At least 3 years of Experience in Transact for Securities Operations, Market & Banking Operations & KYC activities
- Experience in the Banking Sector
- Fluent in English
- Analytical skills, quick learner and adaptable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professional and confidently with a diverse group: users, managers and subject matters experts
- Focused on Customer & Employee experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging and stressful situations
- Adaptability and polyvalence
- Rigorous and autonomous
