Business Overview:
The Enterprise Services (ES) department encompasses Workplace & Corporate Services, the Data Office, Procurement and Performance, Third Party Management Office and Location Strategy for CIB Americas and is responsible for reinforcing and elevating three strategic mandates for the Bank in support of the CIB Americas Ambition 2025:
- The articulation of a long-term Workspace Strategy to support the implementation of Smart Working and the Americas Location Strategy
- The evolution of procurement, third-party risk management and integrated vendor management
- The strengthening of an integrated Data Management platform and associated services for the Americas
Workplace & Corporate Services is responsible for day to day operational oversight of BNP Paribas campus, consisting of over 500,000 square feet of Class A office space centralized in the New York / New Jersey / Philadelphia metropolitan area, with satellite office across the US. . The Team Lead Workplace Management, reporting to the Head of Corporate Sevices, will be responsible for team that looks after workplace tools, space allocation, change requests and updates to workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Build, motivate and lead high-performance team, aligning all resources on common visions and goals
- Provide guidance and feedback and suggest developments for team members regarding their career paths
- Make people accountable for their area of responsibilities
- Improve analytical skillset of staff to encourage continuous improvement and transparent reporting to senior managers
- Support Workplace Management activities such as locker management, team moves and return of moving boxes, floor and building signage
- Support deployment and development of seat booking tools and applications
- Devolop desks sensors strategy and own dashboards
- Oversee Workplace Management EchoNet pages and create additional pages when needed
- Act as the point of contact for some departments for seating allocation and workplace topics
- Support occupancy planning for locations and maintenance of floor maps accuracy
- Maintain relevant procedures / guidelines to support the new way of managing spaces (space usage toolkit).
- Oversee small construction projects (“change requests”) in current floors
- Oversee invoices and cover sheets related to Workplace Management
- Support any Workplace Management new initiative as requested by senior management
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- BA or MS in business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in either a project management or management
position in a multicultural environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Client focus that drives problem solving and resolution
- Good strategic, analytical, communication, management and presentation skills
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and manage numerous priorities simultaneously.
- Project Management skills

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $120K to $190K annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
