Job Title: Vice President, Secondary Credit Business Management
Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019
Duties: Support the Heads of Secondary Sales, Trading, and Research businesses and other Global Credit businesses in their strategies and internal governance. Identify, sponsor, lead, and/or contribute to business projects for Global Credit Americas. Ensure that Management has the required performance and management indicators. Support Heads of Global Credit Americas on day-to-day business issues and credit management. Contribute to robust Control and Compliance framework. Actively contribute to Global Credit Americas Digitalization. Ensure strong relationship with Business Partners: Quantitative Research, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Credit, IT, Operations, Drive, and Finance. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp. office in New York, NY.
SALARY: $180,107.00 USD to $220,000.00 USD/ year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Management, Finance, or related field and seven (7) years of experience with job offered or related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: Large bank or similar organization. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Business strategy implementation. Must have three (3) years of experience with: COO/Business Management capacity; Business Development / Project Management in trading environment; and Project Management. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Large scale change management within a Front Office environment.
