Trainee : Officer in charge of Compliance Transversal activities (M/F)
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Under the authority of the Senior Compliance Officer in charge of Transversal activities, the trainee contributes to ensuring that BNP Paribas, Luxembourg Branch (“BNPP SA”) framework complies with the Group rules and the Luxembourg regulations in force.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
- Execution of Independent Testing and oversight controls
- Support to the management of various risk assessments and reportings of the Compliance function;
- Support to the management of Historical and Potential Incidents;
- Coordination and management of Compliance projects;
- Management of Compliance procedural framework;
- Scoping and follow up of Compliance mandatory trainings;
- Coordination of Outsourcing Arrangements;
- Support to the Compliance Function;
