Position Objectives:
 
 1. Ensure the proper functioning of customer service channels, guaranteeing that service is provided with quality and within defined timelines, through a service model that meets the expectations of partners and Cardif standards.
 2. Comply with the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) with partners and the Company's internal staff.
 3. Manage and control suppliers, as well as the department's budget.
 
 Professional Profile:
 
 - Professional in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related fields
 - Specialization in customer service / Marketing / Project Management or related areas
 
Knowledge and experience in personnel management, and in designing and implementing service models.
