About the job
- The Referential Client Administration Analyst’s main mission is to audit and validate all new Entities on-boarded in the Central Referential System (CRDS) and guarantee the quality and the integrity of all the data stored in the Referential CRDS and managing, analysing and coordinating Client off-boarding due to end of relation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Liquidations impacting the life Cycle of a Client within the Bank
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Trading desks the migration of assets and liabilities, trades, legal and risk agreements
- Manage internal projects in order to reconcile the data and the business status of a client with external sources, such as Bloomberg, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and national trade registries worldwide
- Manage the off-boarding client process in accordance with defined procedures
- Validate every new entity creation and update in the referential CRDS as per defined procedures
- Provide support and advise to CRDS administration team based in Mumbai
- Perform other setups and controls, including market data and other data in accordance with defined procedures.
- Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the Management
- Contribute to any project which impact its perimeter whenever required by the Management
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's in Economics, Finance and Accounting or any related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in Legal, Audit or Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel
- Client focused and critical thinking with an analytical approach
- Results driven with the ability to develop a process and leverage networks
