About the Job

  • This role is within Finance & Strategy function, Finance Implementation Projects (FIP)
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of business and regulatory projects to meet Business Line and Finance requirements
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives according to the Finance global strategy
  • Implement and maintain a harmonised Finance operating model across BNP Paribas’ Group
  • Contribute to migration projects relying on the regional set up in Europe, Asia and Americas 
  • Collaborate with FIP community worldwide, ensuring a consistent approach regarding Finance projects across all geographies
  • In close collaboration with the Project Management Officer (PMO) in charge and under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you will be supporting the animation of the full department

Your Main Activities Are

  • Communication, Events and Logistics
  • New joiners’ integration and Administrative support 
  • Collect and consolidate all the information necessary to build the monthly Newsletter or any other communication 
  • Create and send all communications to the central perimeter (France, Portugal, Spain)
  • Propose and implement initiatives to animate the worldwide community 
  • Lead the organisation of the different events such as townhall, team building etc. for a perimeter between 130 to 200 pax in 2 locations
  • Update the organisational chart for central perimeter (France, Portugal, Spain)
  • Support the new joiners on their first day by accompanying over the onboarding structure, what is expected for their training path and assessment, reviewing the IT accesses and the holidays organisation
  • Give access to Sharepoint, Clarity and manage the holidays file (update for the year, rotation scheme etc)
  • Assist for the visits from management, travels etc
  • Support the PMO in charge with the analysis of the 360 controls
  • Support the PMO in charge with the quarterly committee preparation (collect of the info, presentation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)…)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills 
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Strong team spirit, proactive attitude and problem solving

About the Team 

  • FIP teams deliver high quality projects for the entire BNP Paribas’ Group, impacting multiple business lines activity, from Retail to Corporate and Investment Banking, among others. FIP is organised by 5 teams, listed below
  • FIP Capital Market Products and FIP Banking Products are responsible to drive and deliver end-to-end business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements
  • FIP Standards defines the global standard guidance and the methodology to be used in projects framework
  • FIP Regulatory coordinates all regulatory evolutions, studying and defining the standard solutions
  • FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control leads transformation on FIP worldwide: Paris, Madrid, Lisbon and Porto, London and other locations in Asia and Pacific Regions (APAC) and AMERICAS
  • FIP Portugal is a key department within FIP community created in the context of a transformation plan to transfer progressively projects activities from different locations to Portugal, currently with more than 100 collaborators
