As a Solution Analyst in our Data & Analytics Product team, you will play a crucial role in our company's Agile transformation regional program. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and designing & implementing those solutions to help drive our transformation efforts.
This role covers following activities
- Work closely with various business units to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Analyze and model relevant scenarios to identify optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams (such as IT and Operations) to implement these solutions in a manner that is efficient and scalable.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed next steps.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role in Data & Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the insurance industry would be beneficial.
Must have tools:
- Enterprise architect (main focus on data and UML)
- IBM private cloud would be a great plus!
- Swaggerhub or any open api document tool
- Power BI, Tableau
