About the job

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analysing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees
  • Manage and communicate exchange-related requests with stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, including weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC's senior management
  • Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators
  • Use different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
  • Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Outlook
  • Experience using Python and PowerBi
  • Perfect fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • The Permanent & Control (PC) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. We collaborate closely with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure robust control frameworks, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement in risk management practices
