- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analysing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn
Your Main Activities Are
- Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees
- Manage and communicate exchange-related requests with stakeholders
- Provide regular updates, including weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC's senior management
- Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators
- Use different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
- Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Outlook
- Experience using Python and PowerBi
- Perfect fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- The Permanent & Control (PC) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.
