About the job
 * The Operational Permanent Control department is a key component for the management of operational risks. It is an independent control function within the business. The OPC operates and/or coordinates the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Regulatory, Information and Communication Technology risks, Financial Security, and others risks types, limited to what is defined under the Target Operating Models in place

 Your Main Activities Are

  •  Collaborate to facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at Global Banking level on all non-financial risks
  • Support the team in the production of reports to GB Top Management for risk monitoring purposes
  •  Support the team in providing alerts to the management on key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
  • Support on the analysis of Internal Procedures
  • Participate on the analysis and reconciliation of data, execution of controls, investigation of root causes of issues, and escalation of inconsistencies
  • Assist in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Steering, Executive and Operational Committees


 Profile and Skills to Success
 * Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance or any similar areas 
 * Advanced level of English fluency, both oral and written 
 * Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
 * Attention to detail and creative thinking
