· Support the Head of Department having a clear view on operational risks for BNP Paribas in Vietnam and actions to be taken;
· Report in regional committees on control results and operational risks (ef: SEA ORMF, TICC);
v Third-Party Risk Management
· Act as the back-up for Local Outsourcing Coordinator;
· Facilitate the process of all intragroup/external outsourcing project/service;
· Update Risk 360AR and ensure the high data quality;
· Perform safe-keeping of original versions of executed intragroup service level agreements;
· Participate in the Annual Operational Performance Review process;
v Business Continuity Management
· Monitor various testing/exercises and reports for business continuity management as per local and internal requirements;
· Compose other kinds of business continuity documentations (i.e.: Business Impact Analysis, Master Business Continuity Plan, Contingency Plan, and Pandemic Plan);
v Contributing Responsibilities
· Contribute to
o The efficiency of internal control and operational risk management framework;
o The transparency of information with Regional and Group teams;
· Develop innovations within the department;
· Bring new ideas of enhancements;
· Back up for Head of Department as per the back-up plan;
· Other tasks as assigned from time to time by Head of Department;

Good understanding about banking operations, client services and local regulations
Logicality and good analysis skills
Hard workings
Computer and English efficiency
Specific Qualifications Required
Banking experience is required;
Audit background is preferred;
At least 3 years of experience.
