Your Main Activities Are
- Work closely with Human Resources to develop strategic plans for university engagement
- Help to drive the Graduates Program and Summer Trainees Program, and organize related events and communications
- Organize and manage Global Markets presence at career days, job fairs, and other internal/external events, including contacting potential speakers
- Review job descriptions submitted by managers and create a list of open positions for external publication
- Supervise logistics for new joiners orientation, prepare and host welcome days, and coordinate induction plans
- Participate in recruitment meetings with HR and business stakeholders, and update the department's newsletters
- Direct and constant contact with department managers for the majority of projects
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or any related studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly.
- Autonomous, fast-learner, pro-active;
- Good knowledge of excel functions and formulas
About the Team
Attract & Retain is a dynamic and innovative team responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that attract top talent and foster a positive employee experience. The team's scope is multifaceted, with both internal and external attraction efforts. In collaboration with HR, A&R develops targeted university engagement initiatives, outreach programs. With management the team assists in the recruitment flow.
We are responsible for retention initiatives geared toward recognition and the workplace satisfaction of our staff. The ultimate goal is to create a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.
