Maintenance Officer

About the Job
Execute and support tasks related with Premises Maintenance follow up and control in order to provide a good and secure environment.

Your Main Activities Are

• Control and management of requests or incidents, according to the platform used by the client
• Communicate both with clients and Maintenance team, in order to provide updated information on the status in a very accurate way
• Invoicing control – verify invoices match with Purchase Orders, or relate Contracts. Complete invoicing control file data
• Control and update supplier contracts
• Follow up the gathering data process to the EMSystem

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or any similar areas
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or facilities management
• Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written 
• Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Well organized and delivery-focused, solid stakeholder management skills and ability to inspire others and adapt to change
